The contentious probate team

Our contentious probate team is drawn from lawyers in Ward Hadaway's commercial litigation department which is widely regarded as the leading commercial litigation practice in the North East of England and has been involved in many high value and complex cases.

Chambers 2009 refers to our "Assemblage of smart, user friendly and responsive lawyers".

Our strengths lie in our people; their intellectual abilities, wide experience, varied backgrounds and our ability to field teams and adopt innovative strategies suitable for any commercial dispute.
